MANAGEMENT CONINU I TEE: <br />A Management Committee is hereby established <br />pursuant to this Agreement to (1) provide liaison <br />among the Parties, (2) establish and supervise other <br />Project committees as may be necessary, (3) review and <br />attempt to resolve disputes among the Parties, (4) <br />monitor and review Project activities, and (5) review, <br />modify and approve those items provided for in this <br />Agreement. <br />5.1 The Management Committee shall be composed <br />of one representative from each Party, provided, <br />however, that each of the Cities of Azusa, Banning, <br />Colton and Riverside hereby appoints the Power Agency <br />of California (a joint powers agency created by <br />agreement of such Cities) to select their <br />representative on the Management Committee. Such <br />representatives shall be entitled to vote the <br />Participation Share of each Party, or group of <br />Parties, which such representative represents on the <br />Management Committee. Alternate representatives may <br />be appointed by each Party to act on the Management <br />Committee, provided, however, that the Power Agency of <br />California shall select an alternate for Azusa, <br />Banning, Colton and Riverside as their alternate <br />representative.
