Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution Setting a Public Hearing Date: May 12, 1992 <br />for June 16, 1992 for the Landscape Maintenance <br />District Engineer's Report <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Attached is a Resolution setting a Public Hearing for the levying of assessments <br />for the City's Landscape Maintenance District. The Public Hearing is required each <br />fiscal year in order to reconfirm the District, and annual assessments. <br />nTSC'I I.SSTnN <br />The Landscape Maintenance District was initially created to offset development impact <br />costs. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Areas within the District are maintained with fees collected by the County Tax <br />Collector. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECQVWNDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached Resolution setting a Public Hearing <br />for June 16, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. for the levying of assessments for the City's <br />Landscape Maintenance District. <br />/lj <br />CITY M4NAGER' S CONCURRENC .
