CITY OF COLTON <br />Custodial Services Supervisor <br />Page 3 <br />Ability to (continued): <br />Evaluate needs for custodial services and assist in the <br />development of programs to address them. <br />Coordinate the work of others. <br />Supervise employees engaged in custodial work. <br />Understand oral and written instructions and communicate such <br />instructions to others. <br />Use a variety of custodial equipment and materials. <br />Establish and maintain good working relationships. <br />Experience and Training: <br />Any combination of experience and training that would likely <br />provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. <br />A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br />Experience• <br />Two years of general custodial experience preferably <br />including experience in a lead capacity. <br />Training: <br />Equivalent to graduation from high school. <br />License or Certificate: <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Class C California <br />driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. <br />Approved by Council: <br />JD2:CUSTDLSV.WP <br />
