PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT: ELECTRIC YARD BLOCK WALL PROJECT - PHASE 1 <br />LOCATION: CITY OF COLTON <br />OWNER: CITY OF COLTON <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Colton <br />650 North La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, California 92324 <br />In compliance with your invitation for bids, the undersigned <br />has carefully examined the drawings and read the <br />specifications for the work to be performed, located in the <br />CITY OF COLTON, San Bernardino County, State of California, <br />and is conversant with and understands the amount and <br />character of same. The undersigned has examined the site of <br />the proposed work and is familiar with local conditions at <br />the place where the work is to be done. <br />The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish all materials, <br />labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities and <br />transportation necessary for the work to performed as bid <br />upon herein, in strict conformity with the drawings and <br />specifications and to execute the Contract therefore to the <br />satisfaction of and under the supervision of the Engineer or <br />other representative of the CITY OF COLTON, at the prices <br />listed below.
