Income from any source which, within the last two years, has con- <br />tracted, or in the future foreseeably may contract with the City of Colton to <br />provide service, supplies, materials, machinery or equipment to the depart- <br />ment in which the employee is hired to the commission or committee of which <br />commissioner or boardmember is a member. <br />C. His or her status as a director, officer, partner, trustee, <br />employee or holder of a position of management in any business entity, which, <br />within the last two years, has contracted, or in the future foreseeably may <br />contract with the City of Colton to provide services, supplies, materials, <br />machinery or equipment to the department in which the employee is hired or to <br />the commission or committee of which the commissioner or boardmember is a <br />member. <br />
