This request was reviewed by the Planning Department and its <br />recommendation was submitted to the City Manager. Copy of his <br />letter to Mr. Aranda is attached hereto. <br />The above clarifications and boundary adjustments were provided to the <br />County in a timely manner to afford the County sufficient time for the <br />proper compilation of precincts, within Districts, for the November 3, <br />1992 General Election. <br />For the purpose of preserving an accurate record of Ordinance No. 0-03- <br />92, Staff has incorporated all clarifications and boundary adjustments <br />into the proposed Ordinance No. 0-03A-92. This Ordinance will supercede <br />Ordinance No. 0-03-92. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Staff recommends that the City Council waive full reading and pass first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 0-03A-92. <br />ATT: 3 <br />CONCUR • <br />MARK LEWIS <br />City Manager <br />
