Singletary hereinafter <br />referred to in the masculine/singular as Singletary. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, <br />(a) Singletary is the owner of certain real property in the <br />City of Colton as more particularly hereinafter described; and <br />(b) On or about the August, 1992, he submitted an application <br />to subdivide by parcel map said real property; and <br />(c) One of the conditions of the approval to subdivide by <br />parcel map was for the construction and installation by Singletary <br />.� of off-site improvements on said real property; including, but not <br />limited to: <br />X (1) Public Water and Sewer Systems per the City of Colton <br />Public Utility Department requirements, <br />x (2) dedication and construction of Public Street <br />Improvements per the City of Colton Public works Depax-Lmen,t, <br />(3) consenting to and participating in the formation upon <br />the property a public improvement infrastructure and utility <br />district, for the future construction of water and sewer systems <br />and other infrastructure which would serve said real property and <br />J� 9 <br />
