GONZALES <br />FROM: Mayor <br />Sept. 9, 1992 <br />DATE: <br />FILE NUMBER: <br />SUBJECT: REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 15, 1992 <br />OF <br />rti� .c�tra� <br />v `�pp11P011,�r�O <br />1687 <br />9tJFOVL <br />On Tuesday, September 15, 1992 there is a Special Election <br />to be conducted in the City of Colton. <br />It has been brought to my attention that in addition to <br />the monitoring of voting activities taking place during the day, <br />the City Clerk must set up the tallying of votes and broadcasting <br />of results in the City Council Chambers on September 15th. <br />City Manager Mark Lewis has informed me that at the <br />Management Team Meeting, held today, the tentative agenda was <br />reviewed and no urgent City business was found. <br />As recommended by the City Manager and the City Clerk, I <br />am respectfully notifying each of you that I am declaring the <br />regularly scheduled City Council Meeting of September 15, 1992 <br />adjourned to the next regularly scheduled meeting of October 6, <br />1992. I hereby direct the City Clerk to post public notice of <br />adjournment pursuant to the applicable law. <br />FRANK A.
