PARRISH <br />Acting Assistant to the City Manager <br />�t� O <br />orpor4t$ <br />a <br />1887 <br />1 Oto <br />D,&TE: FEBRUARY 22, 1993 <br />SU EC : New System of Appointing Members of City Commissions by Cout-cilmanic Districts <br />.attached is a list of City Commissions as they will appear upon the implejrientat,ion of Ordinance <br />Nu. 0-3-93.list indicates the length of the initial terms of the Cornmi.ss-ioners, when the terms <br />expire, and the length of subsequent terms. <br />Al�aa included in the packet are Ordinance No 0-3-93 and Ordinance 0-4-93, which pertains to <br />the Mobile Home Rent Review Commission. Basically Ordinance leo. 0-4- 93 t.`.ates that at least <br />one, and no more than one Commissioner shall be a mobile home park owner or manager and at <br />least one and no more than one Commissioner must be a mobile home park tenant who resides <br />in the City. Along with the new ordinances are the sections from the existing Colton Municipal <br />Code that addresses the powers and duties of the majority of the Commissions listed here. <br />The Library Board of Trustees was not affected by the new Ordinance and re.-,rLains the same as <br />before, I have provided a list of the Commissioners, information regarding t h eir terms, etc. for your <br />information. <br />This packet replaces the Commissions information that was provides to vott with your status <br />report dated February 18, 1993.
