The City of Fontana is currently in the midst of renegotiating its <br />cable franchise and has hired a cable television consultant to help <br />draft a "state of the art" ordinance. That process should be <br />completed by October 1993. When it is done, we should be able to <br />modify Fontana' s ordinance to accommodate Colton's needs and submit <br />that to Cablevision for negotiation. <br />
