A <br />Aj.t�-,-o included in the packet are Ordinance No 0-3-93 and Ordinance 11-4o, 0-4-93, which pertains to <br />the Mobile Home Rent Review Commission. Basically Ordinance No. 0-4- -.0-ates that at least <br />one, and no more than one Commissioner shall be a mobile home park ovvn"er- o"*r manager and at <br />least one and no more than one Commissioner must be a mobile home park tenant who resides <br />in the City. Along with the new ordinances are the sections from the existing Colton Municipal <br />Code that addresses the powers and duties of the majority of the Commissions listed here. <br />The Library Board of Trustees was not affected by the new Ordinance and ren-Lains the same as <br />be -fore, I have provided a list of the Commissioners, information regarding th!�-dr terms, etc. for your <br />information. <br />T I <br />.his packet replaces the Commissions information that was provided to yoti with your status <br />report dated February 18, 1993.
