CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF— Nbrch 16,1993 <br />SUBJECT: Wastewater Revenue Rate Progan and Required Tertiary Treatment Facilities <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the Alternative #2 rate schedule of the attached <br />Ordinance exhibit in order to provide the optium facilities at the least Cost to the existing <br />sewer users. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the following: <br />GED/lj <br />1. Approve the sewer service rate schedule of Alternative #1 <br />or Alternative #2 for inclusion with the Ordinance setting <br />wastewater rates. <br />2. Council approve the first reading of the Ordinance Betting <br />wastewater rates. <br />2. Council approve the City of Colton's participation in the <br />land acquisition for the RIX Tertiary Treatment Facility. <br />3.
