Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., March 7, 1994, in the City Hall <br />Conference Room. Two bids were received and evaluated. A Bid Analysis is attached for your review <br />showing price and delivery time for each vendor. The lowest vendor's price is underlined. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />No Financial impact. Funds are available for this improvement in the Police Department Asset Seizure <br />account. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends bid award to JJJ Floor Coverings, Inc. in the amount of $99799.00. <br />Report Prepared by: Mary J.
