The undersigned has examined the <br />site of the proposed work and is familiar with local conditions at <br />the place where the work is to be done. <br />The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish all materials, labor, <br />tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities and transportation <br />necessary for the work to be performed as bid upon herein, in <br />strict conformity with the drawings and specifications and to <br />execute the Contract therefore to the satisfaction of and under the <br />supervision of the Project Manager or other representative of the <br />CITY OF COLTON, at the prices listed below.
