SPECIFICATION AND DID SHEET <br />GENERAL: Remove all carpeting, complete floor prep, furnish and <br />install new carpeting and vinyl composition tile in specified <br />areas, along with "top set base" in the Police Department. All <br />labor to move furniture (except Xerox machine) and return to <br />original position to be provided by Contractor. Work to be <br />accomplished on a Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. <br />CARPET: <br />FLOOR: Philadelphia Capital Unitary for all carpeted areas <br />with the exception of the Chief of Police office, Chief •s Secretary <br />office and training room. The three excepted areas will be <br />carpeted with Philadelphia Capital Enhancer III Plus. <br />WALLS: In selected areas, walls to be carpeted to a height of <br />three (3) feet with Philadelphia Capital. <br />NOTE: All carpeted areas to be applied by direct glue -down.
