ERRORS IN BID The undersigned has carefully checked all words and figures inserted in this bid and that the undersigned will not be released on account of the errors of the undersigned in the preparation of this bid. _ WITHDRAWAL OF BID The bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date of bid opening. CERTIFICATION OF WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE The Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded shall sign and file with the awarding body the following certification prior to performing the work of the Contract: "I am aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Workmen's ^ompensation or to undertake self- insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provision before commencing the per- formance of 'the work of the Contract'." STATE LICENSES The undersigned hereby certifies that he is currently the holder of a valid Contractor's License in the State of California, and that his license covers the type of work of which this proposal is made. SURETY BONDS At the time of his delivery of the executed contract, the Contractor shall furnish three (3) surety bonds, in duplicate. One as security for faithful performance of the Contract, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contractor's bid. One as security for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing material in connection with the Contract, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contractor's bid. The other security, for the payment of repair and replacement of inferior or faulty materials or workmanship in connection with the Contract, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Contractor's bid.
