RAMOS, CITY CLERK <br />SUBJECT: Set Appeal of Thermal Combustion Innovators ("TCI") for Public Hearing on May 3, 1994 <br />Background: <br />Thermal Combustion Innovators ("TCI") duly filed its written appeal and fees with the City <br />Clerk and the Community Development Department. <br />Discussion: <br />"TCI" is appealing the Planning Commision Decision on File Index No. DCV -54-93 and has <br />requested the public hearing be set for May 3, 1993. <br />Fiscal Impact: <br />None. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council set May 3, 1994 as the date for the Public Hearing to <br />hear the appeal of "TCI". <br />CONCURRENCE: <br />,I- k <br />C' y anager <br />�ry�,9 <br />
