Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., March 8, 1994, in the General Services office. <br />Three bids were received and the low bid did not meet the specifications. Staff has a possibility of some <br />additional vendors and feels it is in the best interest of the City to reject all bids and readvertise for this <br />requirement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that all bids be rejected and that we readvertise for this requirement. <br />Report Prepared by: Mary J.
