This <br />portion of right of way is no longer needed for road purposes due to the <br />realignment of this intersection. <br />The item was reviewed by the Planning Commission at their meeting of March <br />81 1994 and was recommended for vacation, subject to compliance with <br />conditions as set forth in the conditions of approval and the reservation by <br />the City of all utility easements. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is recommended that the Council accept the vacation request subject to the <br />conditions of approval and declare "intention to vacate", and that a public <br />hearing on this vacation be set for the May 3, 1994 City Council Meeting. <br />City Manager's Concurrence <br />Attachments: 4 <br />B:VACAGEN <br />
