Improvements and Services within the District <br />The improvements and services within the Colton Landscape and Lighting <br />Maintenance Assessment District include: all necessary service, operations and <br />maintenance of turf, ground cover, shrubs, and trees, irrigation systems, drainage <br />systems, parks, open space areas, entry monuments and all necessary <br />appurtenances. <br />B. Zone Boundaries <br />The locations of the improvements in each zone are listed in Table II on page 5. <br />The boundaries for each Benefit Zone include, but are not limited to, the following <br />subdivisions and/or areas: <br />Zone #2 Cooley Ranch lies east of the Santa Ana River and northwest of Barton <br />Road. Improvements within Zone #2 include the following: <br />�- Washington Street medians and northerly and northwesterly parkways from <br />approximately 150 feet southwest of westerly San Antonio Drive to Mt. Vernon <br />Avenue, except parkway along K -Mart frontage. <br />�- Mt. Vernon Avenue medians and easterly parkways from approximately 350 <br />feet north of Washington Street to north of county flood channel, then from <br />approximately 300 feet north of Cooley Drive to north end of parkway. <br />�- Cooley Drive medians and northerly and westerly parkways from Mt. Vernon <br />Avenue to approximately 800 feet north of Via Venita, from approximately 800 <br />feet north of Via Venita on both sides of flood channel easterly to end of <br />landscaping, medians and southerly and westerly parkways from Cooley Lane <br />to State Highway 15E, westerly parkway from Cooley Lane southerly to the <br />2 <br />
