RAMOS CITY CLERK d111 -j <br />SUBJECT: Contract for Liability Claims Administration <br />Back round: <br />The City contracts for administration of liability claims. The current contract with WARD-THG <br />ended June 30, 1994. <br />Discussion <br />Staff has reviewed the attached proposed Claims Administration Contract from WARD-THG for <br />the fiscal year 1994-95. The only change is the term, which covers the period from July 1, <br />1994 to June 30, 1996. This change was accepted by staff predicated on the fee remaining the <br />same as last year with no increases for the term of the contract. The City has received a high <br />level of service from WARD-THG and wishes to renew the service contract. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The 1994-95 :Fiscal Year Budget Insurance Account reflects appropriation in the amount of <br />$34)800. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the contract with WARD-THG for Fiscal Year <br />1994-95 in the amount of $34,800. <br />City Manager's Concurrence: <br />atch: Contract <br />1 <br />/Cl <br />
