VERNON CORRIDOR #0-27-94, <br />AND SANTA ANA RIVER #0-28-94 <br />Background & Discussion <br />At the December 6, 1994 City Council Meeting, the Council considered and approved first readings <br />of Ordinances #0-22-94, #0-23-94, #0-24-94, #0-25-94, #0-26-94, #0-27-94, and #0-28-94, <br />pertaining to amendments mandated by Redevelopment Reform Law (AB 1290). <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the City Council waive full reading and approve second reading of ordinances <br />establishing and amending certain limitations with respect to the Redevelopment Plan for the <br />following project areas: Downtown One #0-22-94, Downtown Two #0-23-94, Cooley Ranch #0-24- <br />94, West Valley #0-25-94, West Valley First Amendment #0-26-94, Mt.
