Authorized Representative - Each Party shall designate one <br />or more Authorized representative(s) who shall be authorized <br />to act on its behalf with respect to those matters contained <br />herein which are the functions and responsibilities of the <br />Authorized Representative. Within thirty (3 0) calendar days <br />after execution of this Agreement, each Party shall give <br />written notice to the other Party of its designation, and <br />shall promptly notify the other Party of any subsequent <br />changes in such designation.
