The delay in <br />providing you with this document is due to a time extension granted <br />to prospective CDBG project proposal applicants requested by City <br />Manager Nabar E. Martinez, and approved by the County Economic and <br />Community Development (ECD) Department. <br />Initially, all CDBG applications were due on November 17, 1994. <br />However, the time extension provided prospective applicants until <br />Thursday, December 1, 1994, to submit all applications. <br />We regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused your <br />Department.
