On October 27 and November 3, 1994, General Services advertised for sealed bids for this <br />project. Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., November 16, 1994, in the City Council Chambers. <br />Six bids were received and evaluated by the City's Principal Electrical Engineer and Black and Veatch, the <br />City's consultant on this project.A Bid Analysis is attached showing the prices quoted by each contractor. The <br />recommended vendor's price is underlined. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This project is being funded by bond sale revenue. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends bid award to D& B Electric, the low bidder, in the amount of $281,593.00. <br />Report prepared by: Mary J.
