DISCUSSION: <br />Eight proposals were received by the Project Manager for materials testing ranging from <br />a low of $16,615, to $48,625. In addition, City staff has reviewed the bids submitted and <br />have found them to be in compliance with the specifications. <br />FINANCIAL IWACT: <br />Funds are available in the Community Center project budget to fund the award of a bid <br />for materials testing. The lowest responsible bid was in the amount of $16,615.00. <br />RECOAU%IENDATION: <br />Based upon analysis of the bids accepted by the Contract Manager, City staff and the <br />Contract Manager recommend ratification of the bid award for Materials Testing to <br />Montana Testing and Geotechnical, Inc., (lowest responsible bidder). <br />4,4,City Manager's Concurrence: <br />Attachments: <br />- Bid Summary <br />
