Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM Recreation and Human Services Department <br />SUBJECT: Filing Notice of Completion for the Davis Park Improvement Project Date: 12-15-93 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Recreation & Human Services Department has managed the Elizabeth Davis Park <br />Improvement Project which included the construction of two lighted basketball courts, <br />two lighted tennis courts, a child's play area, walkways, and landscaping. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Substantial completion of this project was accomplished on December 13, 1993.
