4 <br />3 CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF _January 18, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE FORMATION OF A PROJECT AREA <br />COMMITTEE FOR THE RANCHO/MILL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND ADOPTING <br />PROCEDURES FOR THE FORMATION OF SAID COMMITTEE <br />at which members will be elected. Committee membership must be balanced. betweenvarious <br />groups, and members must be elected from those who express a wish to stand as candidates. <br />Following the election, the City Council must certify the election of the PAC and authorize it to <br />proceed with its work. it is expected that the first PAC meeting will be held in the third week of <br />March, 1994 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Council call for the formation of PAC for the Rancho/Mill Redevelopment <br />Project through the adoption of the attached Resolution. <br />Report prepared by Wendy Jo Holland, Economic/Redevelopment Project Manager <br />Ernest W.
