Municipal Election to be held November 8, 1994, RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-82-94. <br />MOTION SECOND <br />***************************************************************** <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any <br />subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; <br />however, any matter that requires action will be referred to <br />Staff for a report and action at a subsequent Council Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council <br />Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk <br />for the Official Record. <br />****************************************************************** <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />Boards & Commissions <br />(18) Consider Appointments on Boards and Commissions. <br />Emergency Transportation Services <br />Ambulances <br />(19) Consider Authorizing Staff to Negotiate the Sale of Three <br />Ambulances at Full Purchase Price and to Grant a Franchise for <br />Emergency Medical Transportation of Indigent Colton Residents <br />at No Cost to Such Residents or at a Cost Limited to that <br />Covered by Medical/Medicaid Programs. <br />Legislation <br />(20) Consider Recommendation to Encourage Legislative <br />Representatives to Enact Legislation Authorizing Cities to <br />Provide Emergency Transportation Services within City Limits <br />to Reduce Cost of Such Service to the Residents of the City. <br />Civil Service Appeal <br />Closed Session <br />(21) The City Council for the City of Colton will meet in CLOSED <br />SESSION to confer with legal counsel pursuant to the <br />provisions of Government Code Section 54956.9 to discuss the <br />following pending litigation matters: <br />Herron v.
