La Cadena Dr. <br />Colton, CA 92324-2897 <br />GRANT DEED, EASEMENT, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made this day of <br />by and between HOOD COMMUNICATION INCORPORATED, a California <br />Corporation ("Grantor"), and the CITY OF COLTON, a Municipal Corporation <br />("Grantee"). <br />RECITALS <br />Grantor desires to grant and Grantee desires to obtain title to the Parcel <br />and an Easement over an existing Easement Area for the purposes, and upon the <br />terms and conditions contained herein. <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. Grant Deed to Parcel and Easement -- <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Grantor has <br />had a grant deed executed (Grant Deed) in favor of Grantee <br />conveying fee title to the Parcel and granting to Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns an easement over, across and under an <br />existing Easement Area for the construction, operation and <br />maintenance of underground water pipelines and underground utilities <br />(Appurtenant Improvements). <br />
