accounts, obligations, actions, and causes of action (collectively <br />referred to as "Legal Actions"), known or unknown, suspected or <br />unsuspected, at law or in equity or in arbitration, of any kind or <br />nature whatsoever, which HERRON has or claims to have against any <br />or all of them, arising on or before the date of the complete <br />execution of this Agreement. <br />A. As part of this General and Mutual Release, and not <br />by way of limitation, HERRON hereby knowingly and voluntarily <br />releases and waives, and absolutely and forever discharges, any and <br />all legal actions, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, at <br />law or in equity or in arbitration, of any kind or nature <br />whatsoever, which HERRON has or claims to have, now or hereafter, <br />against the COLTON RELEASEES relating to or arising out of any <br />California, municipal, or federal statute, ordinance, regulation, <br />order, or common law, including, but not limited to, Title VII of <br />the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S. C. §2000 (e) , et <br />seq.; the Civil Rights Act of 1966, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §1981, et <br />seq.; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, <br />29 U.S. C. §621, et seq. ; the California Fair Employment and Housing <br />Act, as amended, California Government Code §12900, et seq.; the <br />Unruh Civil Rights Act, as amended, California Civil Code §51, et <br />seq.; the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. <br />§201, et seq.; the orders of the California Industrial Welfare <br />Commission regulating wages, hours, and working conditions; all <br />provisions of the California Labor Code; all provisions of the <br />California Insurance Code; the Employee Retirement Income Security <br />3 of 9 <br />
