CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />1887 <br />For Council Meeting of JUNE 8, 1994 ' Olt <br />TO: <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />DATE: May 31, 1994 <br />FROM: RANDY RIVERA <br />Acting Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION FOR THE PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF THE <br />ANNUAL LEVY REPORT FOR THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City has retained Muni Financial Services, Inc. (MFS) , for the purpose of <br />assisting the City with the Annual Levy of the District, to prepare and file <br />a report with the City Clerk in accordance with the Landscaping and Lighting <br />Act of 1972, Part 2 (commencing with Section 22500) of Division 15 of the <br />California Streets and Highways Code. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Muni Financial Services Inc. has prepared the report for Fiscal Year 1994-95. <br />The report, in its entirety, is on file with the City Clerk's Office. An <br />excerpt of that report has been included as part of the agenda package. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />There is no financial impact as the assessment is to remain unchanged from <br />last years assessment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council preliminary approve the attached annual levy <br />report. <br />City Manager's Concurrence: '00�mlv� <br />Attachments: Resolution <br />Annual Levy Report <br />B:ADOPTRESO Item No. 14 <br />
