CITY OF COLTON <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />ADDENDUM NO. 2 <br />TO <br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />PUMPING FACILITIES FOR WELL NO. 24 (PW 88-7) <br />TO: ALL PLAN HOLDERS <br />FROM: CITY OF COLTON <br />The following are hereby made a part of the contract documents: <br />SPECIFICATIONS: <br />1. Add Section 17.09: CHEMICAL INJECTION PUMP AND ACCESSORIES <br />Contractor shall furnish a chemical injection system complete and <br />operable, consisting of a fifty (50) gallon polyethylene tank and <br />cover and a metering pump capable of injecting solution into the <br />system. Metering pumps shall be Pennwalt -Wallace and Tiernan, <br />Model 45-010 for the hypochlorite injection furnished with KYNAR <br />heads. System for injection pump shall include suction tubing, <br />isolation cocks, valves and 1/4 hp mixers. <br />2. A $590 electrical line extension fee is the responsibility of <br />the Contractor to be paid to the City of Colton Electrical Depart- <br />ment prior to issuance of a permit. <br />May 19, 1994 KENNETH I.
