R-2594 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DEDICATED SOURCE <br />OF REVENUE FOR REPAYMENT OF STATE REVOLVING <br />FUND LOANS FOR THE CITIES OF COLTON AND <br />SAN BERNARDINO RAPID INFILTRATION EXTRACTION <br />(RIX) PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has applied for a State Revolving <br />Fund Loan from the State Water Resources Control Board for the purpose <br />of constructing a regional tertiary treatment project; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board requires the <br />dedication of a source of revenue for repayment of the loan prior to <br />approving the application to award a construction contract; and <br />WHEREAS, the project participants declared an apparent low <br />bidder for construction of the project on December 10, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton collects revenue via sewer charges <br />for use of the City's wastewater treatment system. <br />v <br />
