facts, unless good cause is shown for the delay, or if <br />the City waives the deadline. <br />B. Failure by the City to meet a deadline shall give the <br />grievant the right to proceed to the next step. <br />C. Time limits in this procedure may be extended by mutual <br />written agreement between the parties. <br />D. The employee and representative will be given at least <br />five days written notice of any meeting scheduled in <br />accordance with Steps B --F E, Part III. This provision <br />may be waived by mutual agreement between the parties, in <br />writing. <br />VI. WITHDRAWAL <br />Any grievance may be withdrawn by the grievant at any time, <br />and must be done in writing. Withdrawal of a grievance will <br />be with prejudice and shall remove the right of the grievant <br />to refile on the same set of facts. <br />VII.
