Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Date: <br />Acceptance of 12th Street, "A" & Armory Courts <br />Water Line Replacement Project as 100% Complete <br />ot u orae the Filing of the Notice of C76m—pletion <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On January 4, 1994 Council awarded a contract to EI -Co Contractors for the water <br />replacement project on 12th Street, "A" and Armory Courts. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />EI -Co Contractors has completed the project per the plans and specifications, and <br />have requested acceptance of the project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council accept of 12th Street, "A" and Armory Courts Water <br />Line Replacement Project as 100% Complete and Authorize the Filing of the Notice <br />of Completion. <br />LJ/Ij <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: <br />Pae 1 of___ — <br />9 Item No. <br />
