This <br />portion of right of way is no longer needed for road purposes due to the <br />realignment of this intersection. <br />The item was reviewed by the Planning Commission at their meeting of March <br />81 1994 and was recommended for vacation, subject to compliance with <br />conditions as set forth in the conditions of approval and the reservation by <br />the City of all utility easements. <br />As a condition of this street vacation, Centex Homes is required to provide <br />landscaping in the median strip in Washington Street from Reche Canyon Road <br />to Hunts Lane, as well as all landscaping in the portion of public right-of- <br />way on Washington Street adjacent to the land being vacated.
