CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />(21) Consider Authorization to Recruit for Permanent City Manager. <br />CLOSED SESSION• <br />Pending Litigation <br />The City Council for the City of Colton will meet in closed session <br />to confer with legal counsel pursuant to the provisions of <br />Government Code Section 54956.9 to discuss the following pending <br />litigation matters: <br />Stratton v. City of Colton (Workers Compensation Claim) <br />Parada v. City of Colton <br />City of Orange v. City of Hemet, et al (City of Colton is <br />a named defendant) <br />The City Council for the City of Colton will meet in closed session <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.5 to discuss potential <br />involvement in amicus curiae briefs for the following pending <br />cases: <br />Berger v. City of Morgan Hill <br />Industrial Council v. City of Commerce <br />_ Hannon v.
