CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: (21) Consider Authorization to Recruit for Permanent City Manager. CLOSED SESSION• Pending Litigation The City Council for the City of Colton will meet in closed session to confer with legal counsel pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 54956.9 to discuss the following pending litigation matters: Stratton v. City of Colton (Workers Compensation Claim) Parada v. City of Colton City of Orange v. City of Hemet, et al (City of Colton is a named defendant) The City Council for the City of Colton will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.5 to discuss potential involvement in amicus curiae briefs for the following pending cases: Berger v. City of Morgan Hill Industrial Council v. City of Commerce _ Hannon v.
