In December 1993, a recruitment was initiated to fill this position on a regular, full-time basis <br />However in April 1994, a City-wide hiring freeze was enforced due to budget constraints and the recruitmentwas not completed. David R. Zamora, Community Development Director has submitted a Request for <br />Recruitment form so that the recruitment process can proceed. <br />Rule IX, Section 6 states that "An employment list shall be established within six months for an permanent <br />t <br />position filled by provisional appointment.
