During our October 19 conversation.,you <br />indicated that the City Council, had approved Mayer, Cable & Fulmer <br />representing Chief Stratton and that they had approved that <br />representation at $125.00 per hourt We would like to again thank your <br />for presenting tender to the City Council in a persuasive fashion on our <br />behalf, <br />You have indicated that although formal approval of the $125.00 rate is <br />to be voted on by the Council on November 11 that is a mere formality, <br />and the are authorized to commence the defense of the lawsuit at this <br />time.
