DISCUSSION <br />The agreement document has been reviewed by the City Traf f is Engineer and the <br />City Attorney, and have found the document to be in order. <br />The City Traffic Engineer recommends and considers entering into the joint <br />agreement to be beneficial to the city. <br />To update our current model program with Mohle Grover and Associate would <br />result in a greater cost to the city, both in outlay expenditures and <br />manpower. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The City's share is estimated to be $20,489.00 of the projected cost for <br />having the enlargement of the model to include the City of Colton. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Upon City Council concurrence staff recommends that the Council <br />authorize and approve the East Valley Sub Area Transportation Model <br />Agreement. <br />2.
