AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 15, 1994 <br />DATE: November 8, 1994 <br />TO: Hobble Mayor ar3eVity Council <br />FROM: 6;91 ( Zamora �.._./ <br />Community Devel&pgp <br />meDirector <br />CITY MANAGER CONCURRENCE: <br />41 - <br />SUBJECT: Set for Public Hearing, for the RegularCi ouncil Meeting of <br />December 6, 1994, the selection of projects to be submitted for <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding <br />consideration for the 21st Program Year, 1995-96. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The San Bernardino County Economic and Community Development (ECD) <br />Department has informed staff that they are now accepting Project Proposals for <br />the 21st Program year (1995-96) of the Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) Program. Completed applications must be submitted to their office no <br />later than December 16, 1994. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Staff has been informed by the County that they are now accepting CDBG <br />project proposal applications for eligibility review and funding for the 21st <br />Program Year, 1995-96. <br />The Public Hearing requested for the City Council meeting of December 6, 1994, <br />will provide the public with the opportunity to participate and comment on <br />proposed projects as well as suggested additional projects. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />Item No. 16 <br />1 <br />
