Amendment Number One. Amendment Number One has <br />been presented to this City Council, and the City Council hereby <br />approves Amendment Number One. The Mayor and the City Clerk are <br />authorized and directed for and in the name of the City to execute and <br />deliver Amendment Number One. Amendment Number One will be executed <br />in the form hereby approved, with such changes therein as are approved <br />by the Mayor, such approval to be conclusively evidenced by the <br />execution and delivery thereof. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date.
