3005-00002 <br />2878_1 <br />1 (i) Electric System Revenue Account (the "Revenue Account"); <br />2 (ii) Electric System Maintenance and Operation Account (the <br />3 "M&O Account"); <br />4 (iii) Electric System Qualified Obligations Account (the "Qualified <br />5 Obligations Account"); and <br />6 (iv) Electric System Surplus Revenue Account (the "Surplus <br />7 Revenue Account"). <br />8 (b) The Treasurer shall maintain the Electric System Revenue Fund and <br />9 the accounts therein so long as any of the Qualified Obligations remain <br />10 Outstanding. <br />11 Section 3: Flow of Gross Revenues: <br />12 The Treasurer shall deposit the Gross Revenues of the Electric System, as <br />13 received in the Revenue Account. On or before the 20th day of each calendar month, the <br />14 Treasurer shall withdraw the entire amount on deposit in the Revenue Account and shall <br />15 allocate and deposit such amount in the indicated priority to the following accounts and <br />16 funds: <br />17 (i) First, there shall be transferred to the M&O Account an <br />18 amount sufficient for the payment of Maintenance and <br />19 Operation Expenses as said expenses become due and <br />20 payable; <br />21 (ii) Second, there shall be transferred to the Qualified Obligation <br />22 Account the amount of Qualified Obligation Service with <br />23 respect to such calendar month (to the extent not already <br />24 transferred to such Account in such month or not otherwise on <br />25 deposit in such Account), or the entire amount of Gross <br />26 Revenues then available for transfer to the Qualified <br />27 Obligation Account, whichever is less; and <br />28 (iii) Third, all monies remaining in the Revenue Account after the <br />-2- <br />
