John <br />C. Hutton, Public Works Director has submitted a Request for Recruitment for this position to replace Mr. <br />Barrera. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />There are two vacant Equipment Operator II positions in the Street Division, however, only one was frozen <br />in the FY 94-95 Budget.
