PARTIE�: The Parties to this Supplemental�Agreement are <br />the CITY OF ("City")�, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, and SOUTHF�tN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY <br />("Edison"), a California corporation; hereinafter sometimes <br />referred to individualiy as "Party" and collectively as <br />~Partiesu. � � <br />2, RF.C'TTALS: This Supplemental Agreement is made with . <br />reference to the following facts, among others: <br />2.1 On March 29, 1990, the Parties entered into the <br />199� IOA which provides for the integration of their Resources. <br />2.2 On March 25, 1993 the Southern California Public <br />Power Authority ("SCPPA") entered into the San Juan Unit 3 <br />Purchase Agreement in accordance with which SCPPA will acquire <br />from Century Power Corporation ("Century") a 41.8o undivided <br />ownership interest in San Juan Unit 3. <br />2.3 On ,Tanuary 1, 1993, City and SC PPA entered into the <br />Power Sales Contract whereby City,-among other things, acquired <br />a o [Azusa-14.70703580, Banning-9.80469060, Colton- <br />14.70703580] entitlement in SCPPA's 41.80 ownership share of San <br />Juan Unit 3. � <br />2.4 Century and Tucson Electric Power Company <br />t"Tucson") are Parties to the Interconnection Agreement, whic�h <br />provides for interchange obligations between Century and Tucson <br />-1- <br />SCE 26•)9S REV il/90 � Prr'lsdD��-%�%��� <br />
