Bid- Item 8 includes all miscellaneous precast and cast -in-place concrete work. <br />Bid Item 9 includes all miscellaneous piping, trenching, backfill, supports, valves and appurtenant <br />work. <br />Bid Item 10 includes all electrical conduits, handholes and pull wires as shown on the drawings. No <br />IN electrical wiring is required. <br />T Bid Item 11 includes construction of a double bituminous surface treatment on all access roads and <br />the dike crest. <br />Bid Item 12 includes landscaping of the Rancho Avenue side of the site using Oleander plants <br />Bid Item 13 includes mobilization, demobilization, all miscellaneous and other work as shown on the <br />drawings and specified herein, cleaning up and other work necessary for project execution and <br />completion. <br />The bid amount is for the work completed and includes any and all sales taxes and levies which may <br />be applicable. Quantities for unit price items are estimates for the purpose of bid comparison. <br />Actual quantities may differ.
