The list of designated employees does not designate consultants. <br />The requests submitted by the departments were compiled and are contained in Appendix A of <br />the attached resolution (Attachment 2). Also a part of the resolution is Appendix B which <br />defines the disclosure categories. <br />Fiscal Impact: <br />None. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution, approving the update to the City's <br />Conflict of Interest Code. <br />Enc.
