LAVIN, WATER UTILITIES MANAGER <br />SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT <br />Lin Morgan, Public Works Utilities' Secretary, was provisionally appointed on April <br />4, 1994. Her provisional appointment expires on October 4, 1994. Due to the <br />hiring freeze, permanent appointment has been delayed. <br />I would like to request that Lin Morgan's provisional appointment be extended for <br />an additional six month$. <br />Please let me know if you concur.
