GlTY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF--O�t_obe_r___4�_1_q44—_ <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution to Participate in County of San Bernardino Assessment <br />District in Federally Mandated NPDES Stormwater Proaram <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The City's participation in the County -wide Assessment District will eliminate the <br />costs incurred by the City for the NPDES Stormwater Program. Funds will be <br />available in FY95-96. The Wastewater savings will be approximately $57,364/yr. <br />and the General Fund savings will be approximately $410,960/yr. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Council adopt the attached Resolution approving the <br />City's participation in a County -wide Assessment District for the NPDES <br />Stormwater Program. <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENC . <br />Page of_._ Item No <br />
